Directions to the Exeter Office: From I-95 in Portsmouth: Take Route 101 West toward Manchester. Take Exit 11 marked Stratham-Newmarket-Portsmouth. Turn left at the lights at the end of off ramp onto Portsmouth Avenue/Rte. 108 South. Take your 1st right after the Volvo dealership onto Allen Street. Take your 3rd left onto Downing Court. This is a residential area and SeaCare is the only commercial building on your right, #11. Proceed to the second parking lot for visitor parking.

Directions to the Seabrook Office: Take I-95 South to Exit 1 (Seabrook) and take a left at the end of the ramp. Go to the end and take a left onto Lafayette Road (Rt. 1) North. The Rockingham Community Action Building is on your left across from McDonald’s.

Directions to Portsmouth Regional Hospital:  Take I-95 North to Exit 3, the first Portsmouth exit. Turn right onto Route 33 eastbound. Proceed about 600 feet to the traffic light and make a left turn. The road veers to the right and becomes Borthwick Avenue. Follow Borthwick Avenue to Portsmouth Regional Hospital on the left.
