Dear SeaCare, I’m hoping this message gets to the powers that be and will reach everyone who has made this program possible. I recently became connected with SeaCare Health Services thru my primary care doctor. I wanted you folks to know just how appreciative I am to have been connected with you. I was separated from my last job in April of 2012 and lost all health benefits. This was quite disconcerting to me as I am a Breast Cancer survivor and still need to have bloodwork and see my doctors for check ups, along with my doctor. Your services and the kindness of your staff have helped ease my anxieties. I have been able to have my bloodwork and see my doctors at a small, affordable fee. I have also been able to book an overdue colonoscopy and have been able to contact and make an appointment to see a mental health therapist. Thank you seems so inadequate but Thank you and God Bless! Please keep up the great work! |

Thousands of our Seacoast area neighbors and friends, who cannot afford health insurance, have walked through the doors of SeaCare to be given the opportunity to receive access to quality health care. Countless lives have been saved or improved because of the caring volunteers that donate their time and services and the care coordination services we are able to provide each individual enrolled in our program. There are hundreds of volunteers, individual donors and funders that make it possible for SeaCare to provide these important services in the community. The unique partnership we have with our funders and friends, especially Exeter Hospital, has greatly enhanced the care provided to the community and has created opportunities for people on the Seacoast to lead healthier lives.
Since 1994, SeaCare has leveraged over $29 million dollars in donated care through our volunteer network of nearly 400 health care professionals, as well as our Medication Bridge Program.
To learn more about SeaCare, we welcome you to review our Annual Reports.
In 2012, SeaCare’s total income came from the many corporate and community donors. We appreciate the commitment of our donors and their ongoing support of our programs and services.
