SeaCare Medical Access
About the Program
SeaCare Medical Access includes a network of nearly 400 private health professionals that donate their time and services in order to provide care to people who can’t afford health insurance and who live within SeaCare’s service area . Through our volunteer network, you have access to primary care, specialty care, chiropractic, lab services and mental health services.
During your initial intake meeting, a care coordinator will be assigned to you. Click here to learn more about care coordination. Once enrolled in SeaCare, you pay $10 – $15 for each office visit.

Administration Fee
There is an administration fee of $25.00 for each renewal (this is less than $4.25 a month). SeaCare cards will expire in six (6) months, requiring renewal paperwork to be completed twice (2) a year.
